I don’t think many people outside the pole dancing bubble truly understand the benefits of pole dancing. One thing I have done since owning APF is really tried to understand what value our students get for being a part of our community. I have overheard conversations in the studio, spoke to hundreds of women, completed quite a few surveys, and just paid attention to what people have been saying to me over my ten years in the industry. From all of this, I have discovered three distinct benefits to pole dancing.

Being a studio owner has given me a unique perspective on pole journies. I am fortunate enough to see many women go on this experience, and I can see where fear or mindset can come into play. That said, I am almost sure you have had this experience too.
